Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement highly scalable and robust machine learning models and algorithms.
- Conduct extensive research, prototyping, and experimentation to evaluate new AI techniques and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, product managers) to integrate ML solutions into production systems.
- Optimize existing ML models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency across various platforms.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning, applying relevant innovations to our products.
- Contribute to the entire ML lifecycle, from problem definition and data collection to deployment and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as an AI/Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices.
- Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated ability to take ML models from research to production.
