Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI/ML algorithms for perception, prediction, and control in autonomous systems.
- Architect and build scalable, robust machine learning pipelines for data processing, model training, and deployment.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, evaluation, and validation of AI models to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including robotics engineers, software developers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth and best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in AI, machine learning, and autonomous systems, and apply them to our product roadmap.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models, with a strong focus on deep learning.
- Proven expertise in programming languages such as Python, and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Demonstrated experience with real-world applications of AI in areas such as computer vision, natural language processing, or reinforcement learning.
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, data analysis, and algorithm design.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex research into practical solutions.
