Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable computer vision models for tasks such as object detection, segmentation, tracking, and image recognition.
- Lead the research and exploration of novel AI/ML algorithms and techniques to solve complex visual challenges.
- Optimize model performance for efficiency and accuracy, considering deployment on various platforms.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and data scientists, to integrate AI solutions into our products.
- Develop and maintain high-quality code, documentation, and testing procedures for AI/ML systems.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in computer vision and machine learning, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field, with a strong focus on Computer Vision and Machine Learning.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying production-level computer vision models.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Extensive experience with classical computer vision techniques (e.g., OpenCV) and modern deep learning architectures (e.g., CNNs, Transformers for vision).
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and evaluation metrics.
- Experience with data augmentation, model training, and hyperparameter tuning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate in a team environment.
