Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced Generative AI models and LLM-based applications.
- Conduct research and experimentation to explore novel AI techniques and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Optimize and fine-tune existing models for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, to translate business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Develop and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, deep learning, and natural language processing, and apply them to our projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of our AI/ML team.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, with a strong focus on Generative AI and LLMs.
- Proficiency in Python and major ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing environments (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and prompt engineering techniques.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- A portfolio of personal or professional projects showcasing expertise in Generative AI is highly desirable.
