Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated NLP models and algorithms for tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, question answering, and summarization.
- Architect and build robust, scalable, and production-ready ML pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP research, machine learning techniques, and deep learning frameworks, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation.
- Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Evaluate and select appropriate ML libraries, frameworks, and tools for NLP projects.
- Optimize model performance for accuracy, efficiency, and latency in production environments.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying NLP models in a professional setting.
- Proven expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Strong proficiency in Python and extensive experience with NLP libraries like NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers, or Gensim.
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and best practices, with a focus on natural language understanding.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
