Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable and robust AI/ML models and systems into production environments.
- Lead the entire machine learning lifecycle, from data exploration and model prototyping to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data science, research) to define requirements and translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Architect and implement highly optimized data pipelines and machine learning infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Perform rigorous testing, evaluation, and optimization of AI/ML models to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and technology, integrating new findings into our product development.
- Mentor junior engineers, foster best practices, and contribute to code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Drive continuous improvement in our MLOps practices, tools, and processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML development.
- Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and their practical applications.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and managing AI/ML workloads.
- Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
