Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of production-grade AI/ML models and systems.
- Architect scalable and robust machine learning pipelines for data ingestion, training, and inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data science, infrastructure) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Research and evaluate new AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance our capabilities.
- Optimize model performance, efficiency, and resource utilization across various platforms.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and monitoring.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices (CI/CD, model monitoring, serving).
- Demonstrated ability to build and deploy large-scale, high-performance distributed systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
