Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs for AI/ML model training, deployment, and inference.
- Collaborate closely with AI/ML researchers and data scientists to understand their infrastructure needs and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Implement and optimize data pipelines, storage solutions, and distributed systems for massive datasets.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of our AI/ML platform infrastructure.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, adhering to best practices in software engineering.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, technology selection, and roadmap planning for the platform.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, with a strong emphasis on distributed systems.
- Proven expertise in Python and its ecosystem (e.g., Flask, Django, FastAPI).
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their services relevant to AI/ML.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Flink) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
