Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable backend services using Go or Rust.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement efficient solutions.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmap planning.
- Develop and maintain robust APIs for internal and external consumers.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Go or Rust.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with gRPC or other RPC frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
