Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable, fault-tolerant backend services using Go or Rust.
- Architect and implement robust APIs for trading platforms, risk management, and payment systems.
- Optimize system performance, ensuring ultra-low latency and high throughput for critical financial operations.
- Collaborate closely with front-end engineers, product managers, and SREs to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Drive adoption of best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap, evaluating and integrating new technologies to enhance our platform.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in a high-availability environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Strong proficiency in Go or Rust, with a deep understanding of their performance characteristics and concurrency models.
- Proven experience designing and building distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Expertise in database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, Cassandra) and caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent understanding of networking protocols, security principles, and performance optimization techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor other engineers.
