Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, test, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts on various blockchain platforms (primarily Ethereum).
- Architect robust and scalable decentralized applications (dApps) from concept to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define and implement new features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices for security, performance, and maintainability.
- Optimize and refactor existing smart contracts and blockchain infrastructure for improved efficiency and gas cost reduction.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in blockchain technology, cryptography, and emerging protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to smart contracts and blockchain networks.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and strategic direction of our blockchain initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on blockchain development.
- Expertise in Solidity and extensive experience writing, testing, and deploying smart contracts.
- Strong understanding of blockchain principles, including consensus mechanisms, cryptography, and distributed ledger technology.
- Proficiency with blockchain development frameworks and tools (e.g., Hardhat, Truffle, Ganache).
- Experience with popular blockchain networks like Ethereum, Polygon, or similar EVM-compatible chains.
- Solid understanding of security best practices for smart contract development to prevent common vulnerabilities.
- Familiarity with front-end development (React, Vue.js) and Web3 libraries (ethers.js, web3.js) is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
