Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain robust, scalable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters in multi-cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform or Pulumi to ensure environment consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability, monitoring, and observability strategies.
- Lead incident response protocols and perform root-cause analysis to ensure 99.99% system uptime.
- Drive the adoption of GitOps practices across the engineering department.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion a culture of security-first development.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or System Administration.
- Expert-level proficiency in cloud architecture (AWS is preferred).
- Deep expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS) and service meshes.
- Fluency in at least one scripting language (Python, Go, or Bash) for automation.
- Comprehensive understanding of monitoring and alerting tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Proven track record in managing Linux-based production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to operate in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
