Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain robust, scalable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Manage production infrastructure on AWS/GCP, utilizing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Pulumi).
- Design and implement observability frameworks using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in systems performance and drive automated remediation strategies.
- Collaborate with SRE and Engineering teams to refine container orchestration strategies using Kubernetes.
- Enforce security best practices, including IAM management, secrets management, and compliance auditing.
- Mentor junior engineering staff on DevOps best practices and cloud-native architecture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
- Advanced proficiency with AWS or GCP cloud services and Kubernetes.
- Strong expertise in scripting and automation (Python, Go, or Bash).
- Deep understanding of IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation) and Configuration Management (Ansible).
- Proven experience in managing large-scale distributed systems in a production environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements to stakeholders.
