As a key member of our engineering team, you will bridge the gap between development and operations, ensuring our global services remain performant, scalable, and secure 24/7.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP.
- Drive the automation of CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery cycles.
- Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks across our distributed service architecture.
- Lead the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices using Terraform and Pulumi.
- Develop robust security policies and governance protocols to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion a culture of engineering excellence and operational transparency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure capabilities with product roadmap goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
- Advanced proficiency with AWS or GCP cloud services and managed Kubernetes environments (EKS/GKE).
- Deep expertise in container orchestration, specifically Kubernetes, Docker, and service mesh technologies.
- Proven experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Strong scripting capabilities in Python, Go, or Bash to automate complex operational workflows.
- Experience with observability stacks including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
