Are you ready to architect the backbone of next-generation cloud platforms? NebulaScale Systems is seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our high-growth engineering team in San Francisco. You will play a pivotal role in designing, deploying, and scaling our mission-critical distributed systems. We value clean code, automated infrastructure, and a mindset focused on high availability.
You will work alongside elite engineers to modernize our cloud footprint, ensuring our services remain performant and secure at massive scale.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain robust, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Pulumi to automate provisioning.
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment velocity.
- Proactively monitor system health, performance, and security across multi-region environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical bottlenecks.
- Contribute to the evolution of our microservices architecture and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and champion best practices in SRE.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Cloud Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Expert-level proficiency with AWS or GCP services (EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, GKE).
- Strong mastery of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Advanced coding skills in Python, Go, or Bash.
- In-depth understanding of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security, and DNS management.
