Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available multi-region AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Drive automation efforts by maturing our Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategy using Terraform and Crossplane.
- Lead the optimization of our Kubernetes orchestration layers for performance and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to implement CI/CD best practices and DevSecOps workflows.
- Act as an escalation point for complex production incidents, performing thorough root-cause analysis (RCA).
- Mentor junior engineers and advocate for internal technical standards and best practices.
- Manage cloud security posture, ensuring compliance and robust threat mitigation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, SRE, or DevOps roles.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with AWS services (EC2, EKS, RDS, IAM).
- Proven proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and configuration management (Ansible).
- Advanced knowledge of container orchestration, specifically Kubernetes, including networking and storage primitives.
- Solid experience with scripting and automation in Python, Go, or Bash.
- Strong understanding of observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
