Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms for various business applications, including predictive analytics, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Lead data exploration, feature engineering, and model selection processes to optimize performance and ensure robustness.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to integrate ML models into production systems and ensure seamless deployment.
- Conduct rigorous model evaluation, A/B testing, and performance monitoring to identify areas for improvement and maintain high-quality outcomes.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's technical growth through knowledge sharing and best practice implementation.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in AI/ML, and proactively identify opportunities to apply novel techniques.
- Communicate complex technical findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning, with a proven track record of deploying models in production.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python (with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Deep understanding of various ML algorithms (e.g., deep learning, ensemble methods, reinforcement learning) and their underlying mathematical principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business problems into data science solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with MLOps practices and tools for model lifecycle management.
