Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable machine learning models and algorithms for complex business problems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML models into production systems, ensuring robustness and performance.
- Conduct rigorous data exploration, feature engineering, and model evaluation to identify actionable insights and drive improvements.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and ML research, identifying and experimenting with novel techniques.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth of our data science community and best practices.
- Communicate complex technical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines and infrastructure for efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a strong focus on AI/ML model development and deployment.
- Proficiency in Python and its data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and their practical applications.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into data science solutions and drive projects from conception to production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for data-driven innovation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
