Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated machine learning models and algorithms for complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, software engineers, data scientists) to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Conduct in-depth research and experimentation to identify and evaluate novel ML techniques and technologies.
- Optimize ML models for performance, scalability, and efficiency in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in ML development and MLOps.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning research.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong focus on model development and deployment.
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their ML services.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience with MLOps tools and methodologies for CI/CD, monitoring, and model management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
