Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models for diverse applications, including natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data preprocessing and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to translate business needs into robust AI solutions.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms and techniques to optimize model performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the AI and machine learning landscape, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, production-ready code, adhering to best practices in software engineering and MLOps.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in designing, building, and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Proven expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Strong proficiency in Python and associated data science libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps best practices (e.g., CI/CD, model monitoring).
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and algorithm development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges independently.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
