In this role, you will be the backbone of our platform, ensuring unparalleled uptime, performance, and scalability for our global client base. You will bridge the gap between development and operations, implementing cutting-edge SRE practices in a cloud-native environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and maintain highly available, scalable infrastructure on AWS/GCP.
- Automate operational tasks through robust CI/CD pipelines and IaC (Terraform).
- Conduct blameless post-mortems and lead incident response for production environments.
- Optimize system performance, latency, and resource utilization across microservices.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to promote reliable software design principles.
- Manage capacity planning and future-proofing infrastructure for explosive growth.
- Implement advanced observability, monitoring, and alerting strategies.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Software Engineering roles.
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or Ruby for automation and tool development.
- Deep understanding of Linux internals, networking, and distributed systems.
- Proven experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving complex production incidents.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
