In this role, you will bridge the gap between development and operations, building robust automation that keeps our global platform running at lightning speed. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and maintain highly available, distributed systems at scale.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct blameless post-mortems and implement permanent fixes for production incidents.
- Develop internal tooling to improve developer velocity and system observability.
- Manage cloud resources in AWS/GCP to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.
- Lead on-call rotations and participate in incident response for critical service outages.
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices for site reliability and system architecture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Software Engineering roles.
- Deep proficiency with Linux/Unix internals and networking fundamentals.
- Expert-level experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Strong coding skills in Go, Python, or Ruby.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring stacks like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
- Experience managing large-scale database systems (PostgreSQL, Redis, or Cassandra).
